    From my understanding.

    1) Whitespace Customer's were on a pass through basis for electricity costs.

    2) NextDC assumed the risk for electicity prices on other customer's, and would have to hedge themselves.
    There would likely be built in price increases over the contract (likely linked to CPI and not direct input costs).

    NextDC would have had their own contracts and maybe some hedging, but they will all run off over time and reflect future prices.

    NextDC would then have to recover costs by putting prices up through renewals & new contracts.
