Is there any evidence where Microsoft prefer to "build-own-operate" in their own right in a substantial manner in a market like Australia rather than lease capacity from accredited third parties (like NXT and MAQ for example)? I would have thought that Microsoft would see better uses of their capital than to put it into capital hungry infrastructure assets all over the world like data centres.
