You are talking about a Tomago Aluminium Smelter Concentration of electricity, just for NextDC in that 1 small precinct.
Even looking at how they plan to do backup power would be interesting.
That sort of development would put extreme pressure on the grid now, let alone with retiring plant.
its kind of chicken and egg. Though at they level they really need to have their own generator contracts.
