I'm starting to think that this is a bigger risk than the shareholders of this company might believe.
The move across many industries is taking place from traditional DC to the cloud. Once businesses have the core of the business located in the cloud, the NextDC co-location model isn't required anymore.
I.e. Why would one need to co-locate near a hyperscale DC, to reduce latency, once everything is in the cloud? The argument from a Google or Amazon or Microsoft would be that they can do a hyperscale DC better than a NextDC type player?
