This Chinese AI lab DeepSeek has upset the applecart with its AI developments and cost a fraction of whats been spent by Google, OpenAI etc. ($5.6million has been suggested for DeepSeek-R1 and R1-Xero). There are other positive aspects including open source use. Where this development places Trump's Stargate is anyone's guess.
