Data still needs to be stored somewhere and there will always be a need for dc’s as companies don’t want the expense of storing and managing there own data on site. The fact that there is a lot of negativity atm with dc projects being shelved overseas isn’t necessarily a bad thing imo. Means less players are likely to want to build new dc’s in the short term. Cloud migration is nowhere near finished so still a massive runway for years to come. Breaking down NXTs own facilities. MC is now roughly 7 to 7.5 billion. The real estate the company owns stands at a 3.5 to 4 billion. Enterprise value 3 to 3.5 billion. I think that is very reasonable at what NXT has achieved and with contracts waiting to come online for years to come. As said in previous post I’m a buyer at these prices long term. Aimho. Gltah
