    Very insightful clip.

    I was thinking this the other day too. Warfare is traditionally a race of who can get the best tech soonest.

    In WW2 America did it with the atomic bomb by making it first.

    Next could be a war of super intelligence. Which country's AI can attack and take down the other countries AI first. To do that to you need massive computational power to fund your AI's efforts.

    I'm no military expert but if I were to use my imagination a bit, i presume nuclear war heads are currently manual to deploy. Then in the future imagine using AI the launch them with precision to attack all your enemies most critical infrastuture all in one go whilst simultaneously defending against your enemies warheads. That is fricken scary.
