I think M2 should have a large contract. They built 10MW. There has to be a reason for it. I thought it was for a hyperscaler but potentially it is the BOM contract. So hopefully there is a further extension of the recently announced BOM contract 3.5MW. I believe the BOM use about 7MW so hopefully another 3.5MW to go as they transition.
Perth P2 will likely have Googles hyper scale contract. I believe it is lilley to 6MW. I say that cause S2 has a 6MW and 9MW contract. I would think the Google was the smaller of the two.
Sydney S2 is likely to have confirmation of another 6MW taking S2 commitment to 22MW
I hear on the grapevine that B2 might have some state government workloads in there. The fact NXT is on the government panel tells you something. Don’t have any indication on the size but would guess 1-2MW.
