This is some amazing news. The Future Fund (Australia's Sovereign Wealth Fund) is one of the best risk adjusted investors going around. If you ever have time please read how they invest https://www.futurefund.gov.au/investment/investment-performance/portfolio-updates
They have purchased a 25% stake in Canberra Datacentres. Hopefully further investments are made into the likes of NXT potentially as a cornerstone investor in the next capital raising (Similar to UniSuper).
This is just validation of what we all as Datacentre investors have known for some time.
