Pretty dissapointing if a major contract chose not to renew. Stickyness was a major selling point. This raises the question is it price?, supply/competition? Something else? That customer surely has to end up elsewhere, what was the reasoning?
Some things I don't like in the short term:
* M2 - still seems like not much happening.
* Execution on S2, construction is unbelievably still happening.
This will all mean a delay to increased revenue needed to offset rising expenses.
Real risk if M2 doesn't fire.
