    Thats what Craig said on the analyst call. It was owned by a CSP who i believe was taken over i believe by NTT. The deal was a win win for both parties. The CSP partner could reuse the remaining space better and NXT could sell the space at a higher price and save on build out.

    I should also add Craig covered competition in great deal in response to a couple of questions. They don't see competition in Hyperscaler or Enterprise. They are winning their fair share of hyperscaler workloads and they haven't been asked to drop their prices.

    In the enterprise space due to them being Tier IV customers have sought their premium services.
