Yep. I live in Perth. There is demand for cloud tenants here but they're already in NXT and Equinix so nothing new. NXT P1 sells on average 6 racks a month so 1MW every 20 months or so. Not sure how many MW P2 is but unless there's a major change in the market then on current trend it will take quite a few years to fill it.
