What everyone’s thoughts on today’s Victorian contract win?
Some alarm bells are ringing for me with commentary around CapEx increasing by $20mil - $40mil for FY20.
how does the CapEx increase by that much in the last 2 months of the FY?
Outside it being for M3 land purchase I would be skeptical about this change.
The only thing of note was the 20th April ASX announcement on changing S2 contractors.
