M2 is 40MW capacity, with 12MW contracted utilisation, 28MW available capacity for sale. S2 is 30MW capacity, with 16MW contracted utilisation, 14MW available capacity for sale.
At this stage it would make more sense to position S3 before M3.
That said I will be watching Actual Utilisation and trying to get an understanding of the demand increase resulting from COVID, because prior to it I would have expected capacity to take years to fill. Like I mentioned in the previous post too, Hyper-Scaler's opening in Melbourne will detract from some of the growth that would have ended up in Sydney.
The hard to thing to know is what contracts are being signed by Airtrunk & Equinix.
