It is at all time highs and the P/E is very high, but the market is future thinking so i really believe it is justified.
What is the demand for data centers as we go through the 2020s? Very high IMO.
How much has the need for data centers been fast tracked since COVID? A lot IMO. NXT had even said that the demand for the next 5yrs has now been compressed into 2-3 years.
So you just need to ask yourself: Where will NXT be in 2025 and 2030?
