Not trying to rain on anyone's parade but i feel that at the moment we are already much overpriced. I was just comparing NextDC to the other growing DC Reits available in the market and the closest sized DC i could find - Keppel DC (for those that dont know, Keppel DC is listed in the SGX not ASX, and has DCs in Sg, Au, Europe), both companies were established about the same time, and both DCs has a market cap of around 5B. NextDC: P/B of 3.25, EV/EBITA 55.34, revenue 200M, vs Keppel DC P/B of 2.54, EV/EBITA 27, Revenue 265M. Im not sure whether these metrics are a good comparison but it just seemed overpriced from all perspectives as they hold similar asset classes, and both with a good leadership team. Could anyone who has better knowledge of the matter please provide further insight to this? Thank you
