Compare NextDC against others in its sector.
In Australia: MAQInternationally: EQIX, DLR, SWCH, too name a few.
NextDC is still well up on a year ago and you could argue has already been discovered and had it's run up.
I would expect a slower burn from NextDC over time. People keep building the expectation/perception of explosive growth, which doesn't really correlate with the business.
