Timmy nxt is data center developers, they lend white space to customers...Macquarie telecom, global switch, equinix, digital reality are main competitors in this space...data only have to grow forever, 5G and beyond telecom, VoIP, AL & ML data sets, GPS, mobile packets...CAGR is Australia 4% so data centers will grow with recurring revenue PaaS, SaaS & IaaS.
this 10.2$ gap was bugging from last 4 months so now it is closed & I am comfortable to hold it!
