In my opinion, there are some risks/concerns.
1) Everywhere outside of Sydney is low growth.
2) Can Sydney backup previous 6 months in this HY?. 50/50 imo, but I am slightly pessimistic in that regard.
Really gambling on major contracts being announced.
This is my short term 6 month perspective. I expect it to be rangebound.
Need to be investing with a longer timeframe in mind.
