All high-multiple tech/growth stocks selling off.
Could get worse before it gets better.
NextDC M1 169 Service Providers, 7 Network Fabrics, 3 Cloud On Ramps.
NextDC M2 16 Service Providers, 3 Network Fabrics.
Slight improvement for M2, but my simple read is they are building out far quicker than demand. Now spending a lot of money building M3 when M2 has seemingly low utilisation.
I think people need to reframe the short term growth forecasts lower, to avoid disappointment.
Think in terms of 5years, 10years +.
