I've been keeping a close eye on the M3 Planning Permit through Marybinong Council. Council issued a Notice of Decision on 25 Feb to Nextdc meaning a Permit would be issue d by council after a 28 day period if no objections were received. One objection was received by VCAT on 17 March and this has been the hold up with any further confirmation/announcements from Nextdc on M3. I just checked the Marybinong Council Planning portal and great news, the following was posted online today stating VCAT issued the permit to build on 11 May. Let's hope Nextdc make an announcement on this shortly and talk more about prospective contracts as discussed by Craig Scroggie in the 24 Feb 2021 Earning Call Transcript.
