I personally don't see the relevance of the timing of M3 construction if they are nowhere near close to filling M2.
Unless the assumption is a customer only wants to move into M3.
Otherwise should just be thought of as business as usual.
The individual DataCentre's benefit as they fill up over time as the ecosystem improves (more connectivity, service providers, etc).
Important to look at NextDC in the context of the whole tech sector sell off. Also worth remembering, even sitting here today NextDC is up ~ 65% over last 2 years
