I think by the time S3 is finished (expected online March 2022) and M3 is up and running (no expected date for completion as yet) that M2 and S2 will be almost at capacity. I don't think Nextdc don't want to go dark in a market again like they did a few years back in Sydney and are planning and working hard to not repeat this.
