It was to do with the landlord on a couple of their properties (APDC) and a court battle over control of that company. A couple of instos decided that they were a soft target and had a crack at them .... then there was some good news and the good ol' boys (Norges, MUFG) had a bit of trouble undoing their positions. Took them months to reverse the holdings they had.
Awful to watch ... I felt such empathy for the poor chaps.
