Drove past the S3 site today, wow the site is massive! yeah i cant picture Multiplex buying into a site so big, and that NXT didnt have customers lined up to fill the space..... also did a S2 drive, the site looked quite (the way data centres should look) what a sexy building. time to buy more in my opinion.....
