I cant believe that the site in such a location would not have companies lining up to be in there. Great location, Great connectivity, Pacific Hwy frontage The ASX is in the same street.... lots of pluses and its huge! looks like they are sorta out of the ground. cant wait! next time i drive past i will post some photos
