At time of posting, I can not see the sell offers at those prices. They may have been removed already.
But the answer is YES. Same theory applies. It scares holders into selling, effectively jumping ahead of the big SELL numbers to get filled.

p.s.I use Web Iress, and even though 0.077 looks a million. It's all made up smaller individual orders.
