1. Delay - banks not happy with what we produced last week - want the actual permit.
2. Delay - Some other credit issue stopping Hanlong
3. Sweetner to the bid to help get the vote over.
4. Deal moving ahead quicker than originally planned.
5. Serious problem - deal in jeopardy.
Ranked in my order of what I think we will hear.
Open to other suggestions though.
