I'd like to know how CER can have a distribution of 6 cents per share at one stage (I think) and now it's around 1.x cents with a debt reduced entity?
I'll be rebuking any effort to reduce my holding by 5 times unless the dividend is 5 times bigger per share.
A derisked company? CER have that NOW. CNP may not but who cares?
CNP folds, so what all the senior lenders sell their holding to Westfield and they manage what CNP use to do.
Sorted.
