whats it worth to you

Hi Folks, just for the exercise I have produced a spread sheet to track my/our investment in this demerger etc. Based on the information we have been provided with, we can easily estimate our equity in MEGA by multiplying the number of shares held in SER x AUD $0.18668c. (So if you have 200,000 shares now, you will have an equity in MEGA of approx $37300 at IPO time and 200,000 residual shares in SER at whatever? If MEGA goes the way of Northern Graphite or Focus, a doubling of the investment will follow. IMO MEGA is in a better position than Northern or Focus so I expect more :) This in turn should drag SER along for the ride so our overall investment looks real nice. On paper this all looks fantastic and is the basis for the enthusiasm displayed my MM and others. I'm on their side but I'm sure some here will disagree with me.
For those more interested in the maths, I have used the following assumptions: Mega issue 100,000,000 shares at AUD $1.95 (which equates to CDN $210 mil). You can then take your current SER holdings and multiply them by 9.56% and this will give you the number of MEGA shares you will own at AUD $1.95. This figure should equal to the calculation above. (ie 200,000 x 9.56% x $1.95 = $37300 approx) MEGA may IPO at $1, $2 who knows but the calculations are proportional.
Anyhow looking forward to the eventual outcome and of course it could all change!
