    NPV currently is around 70cps I believe... that won't be borne out in the market til funding is bedded down... especially since all this S&P downgrade, eurodebt drama, sovereign debt, general financial instability issues have come to the fore...

    once offtake is secure I'm loading up hard.. til then I sit on my losses and wait patiently
