    Interesting announcement.

    Company are issuing 500m new shares for project acquisitions at deemed $15m or 3c per share

    but a condition of the agreement is that CZR raise not less than $10m at a price of 10c or better

    454m on issue plus 500m new shares plus potentially 100m at 10c

    $104m market cap at 10c with $12m cash if the deal goes ahead in its present form
