Like your thinking....that's why I recently bought in. Was running the same type of scenario around in my head and well.......lets talk ultra conservative and go just 0.5% of value you quoted realized through this float....It's still a very significant upside from present. This could be a huge boon for aee if they get it done efficiently and at a reasonable price. I'm cautious though.....seen many companies virtually throw away some very significant projects be it via listings or appalling JV deals in the past.

Lets just hope they get it right and can play hardball for a decent price. They sure have the resource and as you say its world class so driving a hard bargain shouldn't be too difficult from our perspective, even at exceptionally low % valuations for Haggan.
