Typical traders, trying to keep it from going up too much whilst they get their fill.
I see this as a test of support today, but would be surprised if this does not close at 3.4-3.5c today. Next news will send this North of 4c, and that could come at any time now.
If your position is not yet set then when it does move you will not get on board either quickly or easily.
I've bought, held, traded many stocks over the years, but I don't think I've ever seen one with this kind of potential.
It really does have cents to dollars potential.
