Value and SP are usually two different things.

As I mentioned in another post the SP will normally reflect future earnings 6-12 months ahead. So you can get a distorted view. eg if the market expects that EXM will have the 2m ou then they will force the peice up until there is balance if EXM announce more then the price will move even higher however if they ann less then there will be a sell off ubtil the balance is restored.

Given the 520,000ou and the amount of shares on issue and other factors then 4-5 cents may be fair value ie balanced. At the moment the price is depressed because of sentiment and uncertainty (no news)yet another factor which is a measure of the market psychology.

If you invest in this stock or similar you MUST do some research and maintain a careful watch.
