GO - Not new, but haven't followed you as closely as others may, so excuse the questions that follow if they are old news. I dont want to waste too much time, so here are my questions for you,

Where do you think the price is going? and why?
Have you owned JPR and will you look to own it in the future?

and, Do you have a problem with management or have you had a bad experience re: anything to do with JPR in the past? Please share?
