BTW, FIRB is no problem.
We have explorers in Brasilian Santos basin, they will certainly have their explorers permitted in our NWS basins. It should work both ways.
So i don't think Jurgen will wait for FIRB, at least he can start negotiations now.
One thing in my mind, buying CUE's share in Artemis would be good to clear the way out. How much would they ask for it,.. I don't know. (:-)) (Just joking)
