    lets say 138Million was sold but doesnt say the leverage say it was 35% ($48 M) plus a discount to book of around 10% (13M ) so that would leave 138 - 48 - 13 = $77M less conveyncing fees applied to debt reduction IMHO debt looks to be around $1.3B so this reduces debt I am guessing 6% not including exchange rate differances
