whats maximus sp cash value

Im looking for the opinion of other holders, low and high value of each of maximus assets if wer all sold what would maximus sp cash value be.
in my opinion I think around $500,00 to $5000,000 for each of maximus tenament holding projects, selhiem and adelaide hills being the only two that could fetch as much as $5000,00.
$5000,00 may seem high but would have been worth about that when the markets wer a lot stronger.
if maximus takes there time they will get a lot more dollars in there sale eforts.
so maybe a minimum 6 cents sp to about 10 cents per share once all is sold sp cash value maybe more.
maximus represent a great low entry point at the moment, 0.032 cents I think that ridiculous to low.
