Howdy Y'all looking into buying in. Looks like some decent potential. I am just confused about what it means when someone becomes a substantial holder by becoming a "borrower" (yes i am a noob so please excuse the ignorance). All material i have found about this says that it is for "shorting" the stock with the aim of lowering the share price and then for the same "shorter" to only re enter at a lower price than originally sold. Have i got this correct?
I have been following the stock today, it seems as though the stock wants to plough ahead but regularly gets shorted? Is this likely to continue until the substantial holder is out of shares?
