Until MWE is listed and starts trading on the TSX (Toronto), it is not possible to give you an accurate value of your shares. However, as a rough guide:

If your 20,000 shares are pre-consolidation then 20000 x .50 = $A10,000.

If post consolidation then 20,000 x $2.00 = $A40,000

These valuations are based on recent CR's and the Initial IPO see: see http://sedar.com/homepage_en.htm and then search database (see menu) for Mawson West.

Re Commsec - yes is the general answer but you will have to set up an International Account (go to your account and look for the prompts).
