The knowledge about this company unfortunately is not going to bring you any good news.
- Raised oppies and they were not in the money because George promise a drill in December 2021 that only started in 3 months later
- Proceeded with 2 CR's and extra dilution (over 4B SOI)
- Fail to commit to any deadlines
- Found zero U in Canada (cant even say this is a U stock) and have no money to drill anything at the moment.
- Long term people in the company left after 2022
- Management pay themselves high incentives although they have shown poor results.
I would say , like many others in the ASX, VAL is a lifestyle stock to pay good salaries and take money from retail investors.
I hope all the best to the holders , but this is my knowledge about VAL
