Massive dilution, instos get a guaranteed profitable trade, even sezzle gets a premium to dump their shares. Long hodlers get nothing but a tiny portion of that placement….not even able to negate the effects of dilution…..
Long hodlers effectively giving money to instos and sezzler holders as they dump their shares that are already at a profit.
The share price will tank hard….R.I.P to anyone who tried to buy the dip
