Sadly, what it means is a bad outcome for shareholders.
Prior to this capital return/share reduction process, my shareholding in EZL was worth 22% more than it now is.
Even with any (doubtful) improved tax outcome, this is a lousy deal for shareholders.
What, exactly, was the point??
