I don't think their plans will be any different to what they have been for years, i.e., wait for the cycle to turn favourable, raise a lot of capital for small WA-centric companies, generate substantial fees in the process and return all of the resulting profits to the owners of the business.
Straw hat in Winter
My motive in buying the stock in recent weeks is that IPO and secondary capital markets are experiencing one of those winters that happen once every several years.
During those capital market winters, no one wants to buy the straw hat that is EZL.
So I do.
