On another note does anybody know if we still own Quigley shares as part of the Phusion Labs deal. We were issued 1.44 million for a value of $3.18 million - that worked out to be $2.18 a share. FYI Quigley Corporation's share price is $1.85.
Yes, ProPhase redeemed 690,000 shares at US$0.65/share. POH was left with 750,000 shares of Prophase. I believe we still own these shares.
Yesterday PRPH closed at $1.18. It's been a long long time since Prophase (formerly Quigley) traded at $1.85.
