This point about shares on issue is crazy.
AVZ had 1.4B shares and 10x bagged this year and VXR has 3.3B shares on issue and 1x bagged last month before retracing.
It's about catalysts.
I have put large money into AVL recently because I believe the timing is right to do so before the significant catalysts arrive. Investing in AVL 3 years ago was just simply too early but I believe Vince has taken the company from a $6M MC to a $20M MC since arriving.
Regardless of the past experiments/failures/etc, it is quite clear now that we are focussed on going to mine and we are working on going straight to a PFS.
The resource upgrade puts us on the world stage as a significant player.
Met testing is focussing on recoveries from both low grade and high grade ore to produce vanadium concentrate and credit minerals utilising the skills from both AMEC Foster Wheeler and Sedgman using the Neomet process.
This will feed into a processing circuit design in tandem with a mining study design/pit optimisation, etc.
We have seen Vince now meeting with various players from China including Bolong/Rongke, etc so I can only assume progress is being made on the off-take/MoU/BoA side of things.
We also have VSUN working our VRB viabilty with work being done to make the inverters AU compliant and studies being done to look at domestic machines potentially assembled here in AU and hopefully utilizing our own electrolyte. We have MoUs with EPS Technologies, GENiUX, have engages TFMS to perform VRB studies and now are open slather on VRB supply choices breaking free from Gildemeister.
The commodity catalysts have been described at length in other posts making our potential operations viable and they should only improve over time.
So it is critical now we get the SP moving and I await the next catalysts. We will need to raise money for building a mine/concentrate plant within 6 months so I assume lots of action to come. The pieces of the puzzle are coming together!
Largo were bordering on bankruptcy by going hard early: the timing is now right for us.
I have invested here for what will hopefully be the next 10 years as I see the long term future of energy storage with vanadium.
AVL is the ASX vanadium front runner.
Only good news to come IMO.
