You can only know whether there is value in the current share price if you know the real value of the underlying assets and earnings generation.
With all the inter-fund transactions and similar issues, it would be difficult to work that out even with full disclosure, and currently the market doesn't have full disclosure.
To me it seems too dangerous to hold, let alone buy.
