    The problem with BLA that is becoming more and more apparently by the day is how intertwined it all is.

    Property funds that have loans to related entities, with shitty tenants from the venture arm who are no doubt getting screwed.

    All it’s going to take is a few domino's to fall and the whole thing collapses.
