LOOKA 29-may i bring to your attention that DYL will enter into long term contracts - in this case the current L/T contracts are around $60 l/b and with the nuclear disarmment programme due to expire in 2013 it will put more pressure on demand- not to mention that 64+ nuclear power plants are under construction- we know from the statistics recently published that we are entering a new phase for yellowcake and demand will pull away from supply next year which bodes well for a recovery in this sector- at the end of the day power is in demand globally and nuclear still provides the cleanist and cheapest energy source - Companies like DYL will be well positioned to hit the market with production in 2015 and at a little over 4c will lookm like an absolute gift in 2 1/2 years
remember coal contributes to over 3 million deaths per year globally (based on WHO findings)
Anyone who thinks U is dead is being mislead and U market will go through a resurgance.
DYL will not be selling at spot prices so i would not concern yourself with that
